Norfolk County Council Children's Services wish to re-open the Framework Agreement for the provision of Family Support, Assessment and Therapy services. Key services/provision areas in scope are detailed in the service specification, but we would expect Providers to be adaptable and flexible to develop services/provisions as required throughout the lifetime of the Framework. This is the first reopening of the framework. Additional information: This procurement will be managed electronically via the Council`s e-procurement system.
