Expression of Interest - Regulation 44 Independent Reviewer

Doncaster Council requires a suitably qualified and experienced independent reviewer by February 2023 to oversee Regulation 44 reviews, over Local Authority Residential Childrens Homes within Doncaster. There are currently five homes but we have plans in place to expand our portfolio to seven homes during the early part of 2023 and you will need to take this into account when considering how you will deliver this service. The aim of the service is to provide Independent visits to the home at least once a month and complete an accurate evidenced based report. The report will help and improve residential homes for children. The Service is expected to adhere to, and be consistent with, national and local strategies and best practice in relation to working with vulnerable children, young people and families.
