Hydrogen Heating – Conversion Impacts: End User Surveys We are looking for a supplier, or a consortium of suppliers, who can offer the strategic, technical and operational capability required for this project. This includes the ability to design the approach to surveys (informed by initial requirements that will be set out by BEIS), recruit participants to survey, conduct the surveys, aggregate and analyse the results, and report the findings to BEIS. It is anticipated that multiple tranches of surveys might be needed, with the ability to refine the focus of surveys over time as the evidence base develops. We encourage potential suppliers to suggest possible approaches to gather the data needed. This could for instance involve developing a new set of independent surveys or expanding upon existing survey and data gathering exercises through existing channels available to the supplier(s).
