Re: Invitation to Tender for Energy Audit Consultancy Services to carry out energy audits in a number of Cork Education and Training Board (ETB) facilities • Review of archived data with regard to energy consumption, load profiles, past reports, etc., and will take into account seasonal and operational factors that drive energy consumption. • Pre-audit energy consumption analysis to identify the baseline energy consumption • Inspection of electrical and mechanical systems and equipment, with particular attention to be given to large energy users • Detailed operational review of all site utilities including but not limited to electricity, domestic hot water, heating systems, compressed air, medical gas, etc. • Review condition of building fabric. • Review of existing energy monitoring and measurement. • Investigation and identification of areas of significant energy consumption • Analysis of tariffs and advice on alternatives where appropriate • Examination of possible energy saving projects including installation of suitable renewable energy systems. • Review options which will improve BER of building (target for facilities of B2 BER rating) • Compilation of a Final Energy Audit Report detailing audit findings as well as costs and annual savings associated with energy improvement works.
