Tender description

The works consist of the construction of 76no. general needs apartments and 36no. sheltered apartments for older residents (with communal facilities) at Blackpool, Cork. The apartments are to be constructed on behalf of Clúid Housing Association and will be used as social housing once complete. The apartments are to be constructed in 5 separate blocks. The services required are Employer Representative and Project Management duties as described in this RFT. The existing site is a brownfield sloping site with an unusual profile. Significant associated site works are required to facilitate the development.
