Electrical Upgrade Works to Kiltale NS

Tender description

This project entails electrical installation and electrical refurbishment works to the majority of Scoil Mhuire Naofa, Kiltale N.S., building in Dunsany, Co. Meath. The total approximate total floor area of the school building in question is 611m². Refer to the drawings for further information of the school building where works are to be carried out and the type of electrical works to be carried out. The scope of the works will be as follows: • Decommissioning, stripping out and removal from site of the existing electrical board. This includes the boards, associated cabling, cable containment, etc. In total, there is one main electrical board in the building to be decommissioned and removed. • Decommissioning, stripping out and removal from site of all of the existing power and general services installation in the building. This includes all sockets, spurs, isolators, associated cabling, cable containment, etc. • Decommissioning, stripping out and removal from site of all of the existing communication services installation in of the building. This includes all sockets, spurs, isolators, associated cabling, cable containment, etc. • Decommissioning, stripping out and removal from site of all of the existing Lighting and Emergency lighting installation throughout the building. This includes all lighting, emergency lighting, associated cabling, cable containment, etc. See drawings for quantities. • Decommissioning, stripping out and removal from site all of the existing wiring to all of the existing light fittings in the building. this shall include all of the wiring, light switches cable containment etc, throughout the building. light fittings shall be retained in their current locations. • Decommissioning, stripping out and removal from site of all of the existing cabling to the existing Intruder alarm system installation in the building.
