Tender description
The ER request is allow for the transition of the service between providers following a competitive tender. This is a statutory Information and Advice Service for families and children with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities). This service is jointly commissioned by both Liverpool and Knowsley. Following the review of the implementation plan between Liverpool and Knowsley commissioners and the existing and new provider a new timeframe has been identified which allows for the Tupe of staff and will conclude for a contract start date of 31st March 2023 , if contract awarded earlier than exemption end date, it will take precedence. The financial obligation for this 1.5 month extension with be split 51% Liverpool, 49% Knowsley.
