Invitation to Tender documentation for Design, supply and Installation of High Ropes Course to Castlecomer Discovery Park, Castlecomer, Co Kilkenny. This procurement process is being undertaken by the Castlecomer Demesne Company Ltd (“Contracting Authority”). The Open tender process will be conducted in accordance with Department of Finance Procurement Guidance and all relevant public procurement legislation. As a result of this process the above company intends to appoint a single provider, who will be bear full responsibility for the delivery of the contract. Tender submissions will be evaluated by the Contracting Authority and Design Team. Tender proposals will be assessed on the basis of the Most Economically Advantageous Criteria as set out within this Invitation to Tender documentation and associated Appendices and Schedules. The Contracting Authority reserves the right without advance notice (and without giving reasons, unless so required) to amend or otherwise change the process or to terminate the process. This Tender document does not represent a commitment to enter into any contract.
