Design Services for CPI Coxon Building expansion to existing pharmaceutical laboratories

Tender description

PI requires an Design Team to work with the team at CPI to develop an optimised design for expansion of the current research facility. This will include an extension into the courtyard between the National Formulation Centre and the National Centre for Healthcare Photonics, and a redesign of existing laboratory to make best use of the space available. The expected output is a detailed design plan ready to send to a building contractor combined with a cost and time estimate for the building works.
