1. A detailed review of existing loan contract documentation and contractual terms 2. In-depth discussion and negotiation with existing lenders on prepayment terms 3. Detailed scenario and sensitivity analysis Including 1. Sensitivity to interest rate movements 2. Scenarios based on projected cash flow / ability to repay / refinance 4. Production of a detailed report covering the above, with updated analysis provided subsequently 5. Negotiation to increase the margin applied to the discount rate. 6. Agreement of the methodology used to calculate the premature redemption sum 7. Working with lenders to produce a suitable prepayment process, including supporting documentation, due diligence, termination documentation and settlement procedures 8. Conducting "dry run" prepayment calls to verify the suitability and practicality of the process, helping to minimise execution costs 9. Participation on execution calls to validate the settlement sums agreed are in line with the pre-agreed terms, providing an audit trail
