Construction of [1] new single storey building with new link extension to rear of existing day care centre to accommodate; a) new nurses dayroom, b) new male and female changing rooms, c) new consulting room, d) new store room, e) new male and female staff w.cs, f) 2no. new disabled access w.cs, g) new disabled access shower room and h) accessible corridor, [2] alterations to internal layout of existing day center room to provide new day care treatment room and new access corridor to connect with proposed link extension, [3] alterations to south – west facing elevation of existing day center room, to include relocation of existing double doors and alterations to existing window / door openings adjoining location of new day care treatment room and [4] all associated site works at Westgate Foundation, Ballincollig, Co.
