In summary, the project will comprise: Section A:  1x General Classroom  Ix Science laboratory including preparation area  Ix Graphics Classroom  1x Home Economics Room  Giving a floor area incl circulation and internal walls of: 627m2 Section B:  One SEN base incl WC of 207m2  Giving Gross Floor area for Sections A and B incl. staircases & lift: 975m2 Also External:  Secure hard & soft play area 50m2  3 Parking spaces
