<p>This is the shortlisting stage. Please ensure you read the procurement documentation especially PART ONE and provide the required information.</p> <p>The Council is looking for a Contractor for the design and build of residential housing at Beeston, Nottingham NG9 4HU. There are fifteen properties in total.</p> <p>The intention is to issue second stage of tender to shortlisted Candidates in February 2023 with a contract start date in May 2023. The second stage will include the contract terms, employers’ requirements, preliminaries and the detailed architectural and engineering drawings.</p> <p>Site - Inham Nook Project off Barn Croft, NG9 4HU</p> <ul> <li>Construction of 15 dwellings, consisting of</li> <li>5 x two bedroom, four person houses.</li> <li>7 x three bedroom, five person houses and</li> <li>3 x one bedroom, two person flats</li> <li>Homes to be of traditional masonry construction</li> <li>To include adjacent pocket park Please also review the attached floor plans and proposed site plans.</li> </ul> Keywords: Construction, Dwellings, Housing, New build
