The British Council is tendering for the supply of an events management service for its pre-opening week events in Venice. The service will cover the organization of the Opening Reception (500 guests) at a suitable private venue in Venice and to subcontract a catering service for the VIP Lunch, both events take place on the same day during La Biennale di Venezia’s pre-opening week. Acting as the main point of contact for the British Council for these services, the Service Provider will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and managing all events in line with specifications as well as securing a venue for the Opening Reception, security staff, all catering, decorations, furniture and AV. The Service Provider will ensure that relationships with the British Council are managed effectively, contracts with any subcontractors are in place and payments are processed efficiently.The contract covers the opening events for Architecture (2023) and Art (2024) and the option to extend the c Lot 1: The British Council is tendering for the supply of an events management service for its pre-opening week events in Venice.
