Tender description

Worcester City Council is inviting Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced and skilled market operators to manage the market stalls at The Worcester Victorian Christmas Fayre held in the City. The Procurement is being run under the Concession Contracts regulations, and the Authority reserve the right to use the flexibilities permitted by Regulation 30 of the Concession Contract Regulations 2016. The initial contract duration will be for 3 years (from 2024) with an option to extend, up to a maximum of 5 years. Please see the procurement documents for further information. The Council is using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise. To gain access to the procurement documents, bidders will need to register their company details at the above website. Once registered, bidders will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the procurement documents.
