The Growth Company Expression of Interest - Ministry of Justice CFO Evolution

Tender description

The Growth Company welcomes Expressions of Interest (EOI) from organisations with experience of supporting offenders and currently delivers nine contracts for the Ministry of Justice (MOJ), in custody and in the community. These include contracts under MOJ's Probation Dynamic Framework, Prison Education DPS, and delivery of CFO Activity Hubs in Yorkshire and Humber. We intend to bid to MOJ to deliver the forthcoming CFO Evolution programme in the North West and Yorkshire and Humber regions . The Growth Company are looking for organisations with experience of delivering similar services, on a similar scale. We want to engage with organisations who have the experience of either: • Custodial, pre-release and through the gate assessment, casework, activities and interventions. • Delivery of Human/Citizenship activities which develop self-worth (e.g. arts, craft, sports, horticulture, drama, media, music and dance). • Delivery of Community/Social activities which build personal resilience, strengthen support networks and upskill Participants (e.g. practical support to enable them to engage with mainstream services; education, training and work experience; help to build stronger community/family ties). • Wraparound support for participants who engage with core probation interventions and services. • Support to access and sustain engagement with mainstream/community services e.g. housing, volunteering, employment/training, mentoring). • Experience of delivering any/all above for specific cohorts e.g. women.
