Relational Practice Training Provider

Tender description

The Council is seeking to secure a training provider that specialises in Relation Practice to deliver the following: Relational Practice training for all 53 Southend schools and settings, including special schools and alternative provisions. A key outcome for this training offer is to achieve long term sustainability in relational practice and approach across the City beyond the programme's timeframe. Therefore, the training provider must be able to provide a train the trainer modelling to all schools, professionals, and parents the provider works with. The training provided must include developing a network of trained school-based inclusion champions who can provide outreach and share best practice to other schools and settings in the area.
