Provision of Principal Planning Services 2023

Tender description

Principle planning service including the following: * Report writing undertaken by professional Town Planners employed by Capita; * Liaison with Council officers as required; * Monitoring of performance; * Fixed fees based on the completion of individual applications. Reasonable amendments and corrections are included within the fee for each application; * Fees relate to application type * For each application, the Consultant will: * Review Planning Register online including application documents, correspondence, drawings, submitted evidence and consultation responses etc; * Assess evidence; * Liaise with Council case officers for queries as required; * Write and return officer report; * Provide decision recommendation; * Submit report and recommendation to Council point-of-contact; and * Complete and return applications within agreed time frame.
