The Approved Housing Body will have full responsibility for the facility and will be responsible for the onsite operation and day to day management of the facility. This will include provision of management roles, reception, social care staff, cleaning, security, maintenance and all other requirements to ensure the smooth running of the facility. Adequate provision is also required for night time and weekends.
