Tender description

Deliver support to the Thurrock system to undertake an appraisal of Thurrock's BCF plan, to assess value for money, cost savings and deliverability against the aims and objectives of the Better Care Together Thurrock strategy. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
