Expressions of interest are invited for supported accommodation for young people aged 16-25, including Children in Care, Care Leavers and young people experiencing homelessness. IMPORTANT - .If you would like to express your interest in delivering this service, please complete the attached document and return via email to katie.mitchelson@hartlepool.gov.uk. By signing, you are demonstrating that, should your organisation be successful, you are committed to registering the provision with Ofsted, and adhering to all necessary requirements contained within the regulations. You are also confirming your organisation’s ability to deliver supported accommodation services and to engage with the tupe transfer process of existing staff members. Consultation will be held with prospective providers prior to the tender being advertised. Your expression of interest will be invalid if you do not sign and return the form.
