Emergency works to existing sewer system

Tender description

Carry out opening up works to determine the foul sewer connection points within the school yard and expose the pipes. Disconnect the existing sewer lines to be replaced as shown, access junctions, manholes etc and remove the AJ’s, pipework, gullies, manholes to be replaced and dispose of same off site. Lay new foul water sewer line sections as shown including connections beneath the buildings as shown. All walls and ceilings in the WC’s to classroom 01, 02 and 03 to be painted. Replace the floor covering in the toilet areas to classroom 01, 02 and 03. Replace concrete paths to the rear and side of the yard surface area Replace section of tarmacadam as highlighted on the site layout plan Install new kerb to rear of school, highlighted Magenta on the site layout plan Tidy up site, remove all excavated material and make good
