Wolverhampton City Council are conducting a Preliminary Market Consultation (PMC) to identify what solutions exist for an Integrated Case Management System (ICMS) for Children’s Services. The Council has created an ICMS project group which has started Wolverhampton Children's Services' journey towards achievement of a 'single view of the child' at individual, family, cohort, school, status and organisational levels. This Preliminary Market Consultation will help the Council understand what solutions the market can provide to help the Council understand what option exist to help in preparation of any business cases and any future procurement exercises.
