Contract Award: Appointment to a Multi-Party Framework for the provision of Monitoring Surveying Services to Home Building Finance Ireland

Tender description

The National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA), on behalf of Home Building Finance Ireland (HBFI), sought tenders for the appointment to a Multi- Party Framework for the provision of Monitoring Surveying Services, comprising of two Panels: Panel 1 - developments that are principally housing developments. Panel 2 - developments that are principally apartments/ high density /high rise residential developments and developments with a high level of complexity Please refer the RFT attached to this contract notice for further information. Please note that the RFT and associated documentation for each panel is available for download from the folder: Panel 1: Housing Developments Please see the attached Contract Award Notice for details of the appointed firms in respect of each Panel of the Framework. The date each Panel of the Framework was put in place is 2 May 2023.
