The National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA), on behalf of Home Building Finance Ireland (HBFI), sought tenders for the appointment to a Multi- Party Framework for the provision of Monitoring Surveying Services, comprising of two Panels: Panel 1 - developments that are principally housing developments.
