BWC Air Conditioning, Condenser and Chiller Maintenance Contract

Tender description

3+1+1 year contract for maintenance of Air Conditioning, Condenser and Chiller Plant equipment at Birmingham Women's and Children's hospitals, including Parkview hospital. Lot 1: 3+1+1 year contract for maintenance of Air Conditioning, Condenser and Chiller Plant equipment at Birmingham Women's and Children's hospitals, including Parkview hospital. Maintenance shall cover all aspects of the plant, its control and operation, as detailed in Annex B2.<br/> Minor repairs, such as those to broken fixings etc shall be included and shall incur no extra charge.<br/>The contractor will include for all consumable materials, but exclude from their tender the replacement of broken / out of tolerance parts, subject to discount to be given in the tender summary.<br/>Consumable materials for the purpose of this tender are defined as oil, copper grease, lamps, fuses, springs, nuts, bolts, screws, washers and pins etc.
