Urgent Primary Medical Care PDPS re-opening (Round 3) for Essex ICBs

Tender description

The Contracting Authority(s) (hereinafter referred to as “the Authority”) for this procurement is: NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board (ICB), NHS Hertfordshire and West Essex ICB, NHS Suffolk and North East Essex ICB. The Authority is re-opening the established Pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System (PDPS) for the provision of Urgent Primary Medical Care, in accordance with the Contract Notice (2019/S 173-422411) published in Tenders Electronic Daily on 9th September 2019 and amended via corrigendum on 2022/S 000-003073 on 2nd February 2022. The Authority is issuing the PDPS Selection Questionnaire (PDPS SQ) (as defined in the PDPS SQ Conditions and Instructions document) under Section 7 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (as amended by PPAR) (the "Regulations") in connection with the competitive procurement of Urgent Primary Care Medical Care Provision for the Essex Integrated Care Boards (“the Service”).
