Tender description
To obtain external specialist consultancy support to assist with the delivery of ecological planning advice to the County Council, partner local planning authorities, and Rutland County. The service is provided in line with a MoU/SLA agreed with the partner authorities, and the need arises from the departure of a full time staff member (Planning Ecologist), and planned delay to recruitment to the vacant post.
