Tender description

A maintenance providers is required for several specialist systems installed at 2 SPS sites. In Dundee and Glasgow The SPS has recently opened two Community Custodial Units (CCU) in 2022 and houses low supervision women and young people. The CCU in Glasgow is located in the Maryhill area and the centre's accommodation consists of four 'shared houses' with capacity for 24 individuals. The CCU in Dundee is located in the Hilltown area and the centre's accommodation consists of four 'shared houses' with capacity for 16 individuals. A supplier is required for servicing, repair and maintenance of specialist systems including Fire Alarm System, Intruder Alarm System, Access Control System, Door Intercom System CCTV System, Cell Call System, Induction Loop System and Security Management System (Advancis) The planned contract duration is 3 years with an optional extension period of up to 3 years.
