Tender description
Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council are looking for a company/agent to manage 20 properties we currently own. The Council’s properties that fall within the scope of the proposed contract range across the following postcodes, TS17, TS18, TS19 and TS23. The build years of these properties range from 1825 to 2010 and further information will be provided at quote/tender. Tha Council is looking to gauge interest in this opportunity and would request that any interested organisations complete the RFI Questionnaire and return via ProContract by no later than 12:00 noon Friday 26 May 2023.
