The Authority has a requirement to place a 4 year Framework Agreement for The Provision of English Language Training for Special Purposes (Technical), including General English Language, Maths and Science Training for International Students. Further information, including a Statement of Requirement (SOR), can be found in the procurement documentation linked to the opportunity advertised on the Defence Sourcing Portal at www.contracts.mod.uk Interested suppliers must express interest via submission of a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ). Only suppliers who meet the minimum levels of capacity and capability of the PQQ will be invited to tender. Further detail about the PQQ can be found in the guidance document linked to opportunity advertised on the Defence Sourcing Portal at www.contracts.mod.uk It should be noted that the subject opportunity is a framework agreement due to the variable nature of the Authority's requirement.
