The Authority has a requirement to place a 4 year Framework Agreement for The Provision of English Language Training for Special Purposes (Technical), including General English Language, Maths and Science Training for International Students. Further information, including a Statement of Requirement (SOR), can be found in the procurement documentation linked to this notice. Interested suppliers must express interest via submission of a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ). Only supplier's who meet the minimum levels of capacity and capability of the PQQ will be invited to tender. Further detail about the PQQ can be found in the guidance document linked to this notice. It should be noted that the subject opportunity is a framework agreement due to the variable nature of the Authority's requirement. This notice is not a guarantee that a contract will be awarded nor is it a guarantee of work of any contract that may be placed as a result.
