Provision of a Housing Management System for Radius Housing

The product will make use of current technologies to enable us to transform to a digital business. The solution will be provided as a hosted or SaaS solution and will meet our requirements across the following functions: • Rent accounting • Service charge accounting • Income recovery • Lettings • Voids management • Property management • Responsive repairs • Programmed works • Compliance management • Asset management • Complaints/ASB management • CRM • Customer service centre • Customer Portal • Contractor Portal • Mobile working • Reporting The contract is for an initial period of five (5) years with Radius having the option to exercise up to two contractual extensions of five (5) years. The estimated value, excluding VAT for the initial five (5) year period is £1.1m with an overall contract value of £2.1m if all optional extensions are utilised.
