Plymyard Pitch Renovations & Maintenance

Tender description

Works include pitch renovation, grading and leveling. Currently the site suffers heavily from compaction and the works will seek to address this through soil structure improvement operations including decompaction and aeration, along with surface grading, topdressing and re-seeding, replacement of existing goal post sockets and goals and stablishing the optimal pitch layout for the site. Marking out of pitches, and then further maintenance of the site, initially for 12 months but could be extended to a further 2 seasons subject to performance and budget.
