Tender description

West Sussex Wellbeing Service Collaborative includes the following Wellbeing services based out of local district and borough authorities funded by West Sussex County Council (WSCC) Public Health: o Mid Sussex District Council (Procurement collaborative lead) o Chichester District Council o Arun District Council o Adur & Worthing District Councils o Horsham District Council West Sussex Wellbeing is a countywide adult health improvement and prevention programme delivered at scale, addressing modifiable risk factors, and supporting wellbeing for all adults who live and/or work in West Sussex, with a focus on reducing inequalities. The aim of this service is to develop and provide a coordinated countywide Falls Prevention Exercise Service for adults of all ages available across five Districts and Boroughs in West Sussex The Commencement Date for the delivery of the services is scheduled to be on 1 August 2023 at 00:00 hours. The Contract will be awarded for a time period until 31 March 2027 (3 years, 8 months). Contract continuation is subject to performance and the absolute discretion of the collaborative. The collaborative is procuring this contract following the Open Procedure under the UK Public Contract Regulations 2015 and Mid Sussex District Council's Procurement Code. The collaborative will be awarding one Contract for the provision of all services detailed in the Specification. The collaborative has a maximum budget of ?83,333.33 for the period between 1st August 2023 and 31st March 2024 & ?125,000 for each following year until contract end (2024/25, 2025/26, 2026/27) which must not be exceeded unless additional funding can be sourced.
