Tender description

Tai Tarian are seeking to issue a Contract for a Land Identification and Purchase Consultant to support Tai Tarian in the delivery of its Corporate Objective to increase its housing stock through land acquisitions/development. The appointed consultant is to provide specialist land identification and purchase service to the Development Department to be able to meet its development targets of 100+ new plots per annum over the next 5 years. The Contract shall operate as 1 day per working week for a period of 6 months. A maximum of 1 consultant will be awarded the Contract. The scope of requirements may change throughout the life of the Contract.
