GB-Lancaster: Fire Safety Remediation Works

Tender description

UKCEH's Lancaster site requires remedial works to ensure fire safety standards are adhered to for the protection of employees and visitors to the site. The list of requirements, which includes remedial compartmentalisation works to existing infrastructure to ensure compliance to standards (Lot1) and the replacement of some fire doors in the building (Lot 2). Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
