Tender description

Tunbridge Wells Borough Council is inviting tenders for the concession of hot food vendors at its annual ice rink in Calverley Grounds. The Council is looking to appoint suitable qualified and equipped vendors to offer a variety of hot food items. The Ice Rink has been running in Calverley Grounds for 12 years. Last season (2022-23) it attracted 43,004 skaters, with increased footfall to the area from visitors watching the skaters or who just come along for a walk within the grounds. Anecdotally we had in excess of 80,000 visitors in the period. In the 2021/22 season we attracted in excess of 50,000 skaters. Keywords: Food Vendor, Catering
