Consultant Technical Manager Phase 2

Tender description

To appoint a Consultant Technical Manager for a 3 year fixed term contract. The consultant’s role will be responsible to the Director of Assets for the overall management of all special projects and the forward planning function. The role is to ensure all projects are delivered in the most efficient and economic manner possible and within programme and budget. The role will act as the technical expert that oversees and manages all special projects/regeneration priority projects but also the development of the in- house team that supports these functions.
