Tender description

2.2.1 The scope of works includes construction of a new toilet facility and waiting shelter including the substructure, superstructure, roof, external walls, floors, building mechanical and electrical services and all internal finishes. The scope also includes civils and ground works including a borehole and drainage run from the new toilet building to the existing water treatment tank located across the road in the car park.
