Care Home Service in Moray

Tender description

The Moray Council are seeking interest from suppliers for one Residential Care Home for six Adults with a Learning Disability. The Residential Care Home will cover 24 hour services, including accommodation, care and support provided on an individual basis for a small number of adults with complex physical and learning disabilities who have a need for support in a Care Home setting, in accordance with the National Care Standards http://www.nationalcarestandards.org/ and national quality outcomes including but not limited to the National Health and Wellbeing Outcomes. The supplier may also be required to support these individuals to achieve outcomes out with the care home setting on an 1:1 basis. There is an expectation that the supplier will offer a variety of 1:1, group and background support for these individuals, this will include overnight whereby two staff members will be required to respond when needed. This Care Home is already established in Moray and owned by a Housing Association so the supplier will be expected to create a relationship with this organisation. As previously described
