Bricklaying works for Oxford Direct Services

Oxford Direct Services (ODS) is seeking applications from contractors who can supply brick laying works to domestic properties within Oxfordshire. This also includes associated works such as rebar, damp-proof installation, repair work and laying concrete paths. The principal aim of the tender process is to appoint up to 6 suppliers to ODS who will deliver both financial and efficiency benefits. Being on the framework gives you the opportunity to compete for business but does not guarantee that you will be successful in obtaining business. Suppliers appointed to the framework should be able to provide the following services: o Construction of retaining walls o Repointing - including raking out joints o Remove and replace brickwork like for like o Removal of brickwork o Installing of expansion joints o Rendering o Roughcast / Pebble dash o Excavate footings including removal of waste o Install new footings including material supply o Half Brick and Full brick walls o Block work o Rebar work o Damp proof installation o Repair work to existing brick work structures o Laying concrete paths o Emergency work - call out Additional information: Quotations must be submitted in accordance with the following instructions and conditions. Suppliers that do not comply with these instructions or conditions may have their Quotation rejected. ODS reserves the right to disqualify any submission which is deemed incomplete. Please answer all the questions in English, as accurately and concisely as possible, or mark those not applicable 'N/A' and provide an explanation. The response boxes will expand to accommodate your answers, but if necessary continue on a separate sheet where space / layout on this form is restrictive. Please answer every question. Do not assume that the officers evaluating the quotation will know about your organisation or the work that you do, answer the questions as fully as possible within any given constraints. ODS reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any quotation and to annul the Request for Quotation process and reject all quotations at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the applicants. In order to simplify this process, you should not provide supporting documents, for example, accounts, certificates, statements or policies unless specifically requested to do so. Instead, we may ask you to provide a statement regarding your approach to various aspects or a summary of your policies. ODS may ask to see these documents at a later stage so it is advisable that you ensure they are made available upon request. You may also be asked to further clarify your answers or to provide further details.
