Tender description

Decommission, isolate, strip out, removal and safe disposal of existing 2No. Oil fired 250kW boilers located in the school's main boiler house.  Decommission, isolate, desludging, strip out, removal and safe disposal of existing oil tank including desludging cert.  Installation of new 4No. 135kW LPG fired boilers, pumps, pipes, vessels, plate heat exchangers and valve arrangement as outlined on the mechanical drawings.  Installation of a new gas compound and new incoming LPG gas main into the boiler room to serve the new high efficiency LPG gas fired boilers.
