Upgrade and extension to the Raheny ADC Day Centre Building

We currently operate a day service from a building on Grange Park Grove in Raheny – known as Raheny ADC. This building has deteriorated significantly and requires a full refurbishment and upgrade. The current floor area is 468m2. We are also hoping to construct an extension (approximately 70m2) to the side of the existing building. We have already engaged Architectural Services for a design, and then to prepare and submit the planning, fire and DAC applications. Planning and DAC have been granted, and copies of the approvals are attached to this RFT document. Copies of existing and proposed floor plans are also attached to this RFT, along with photographic record of the current condition. We are now seeking tender submissions for an integrated design team to manage the full design, tender, appointment of Contractor and administration of public works contract, construction, certification, and handover of the project. Lot 274017: Upgrade and extension to the Raheny ADC Day Centre Building SMH are seeking fee proposals for an Integrated Design Team for the upgrade and extension of our Day Centre Building in Raheny, Dublin. Value of project estimated at 1.3m. An Architect was appointed for the initial design stage. A planning application has been lodged and final grant of approval received. Fire and DAC lodgements have been made. This tender would be for the next phases including detailed design, tender and contract management and construction of the works
