Expressions of Interest are invited for the provision of Ofsted registered high quality early years childcare providers to apply to operate under a service licence in early years provision at the following Children’s Centres: • Osmaston Children’s Centre, 60 Cockayne street North Allenton, Derby DE24 8XB • Austin Children’s Centre, Homeland House Browning Street Derby DE23 8ND • Rosehill Children’s Centre, 17/19 Lower Dale Road, Derby DE23 6WY The expectation is under the service licence these will be used to deliver high, quality childcare to include two, three, and four-year-old free early education entitlement (FEEE) places from September 2023. PREMISES VIEWING OPPORTUNITIES The early years premises at Austin Children’s Centre and Rosehill Children’s Centre will be open for applicants to view on the following dates and times. Austin Children’s Centre: Thursday 4th May 9:30 until 11:30 Rosehill Children’s Centre: Friday 5th May 9:30 until 11:30 There is no need to book to visit at either of these events.
