Tender description

Derry City and Strabane District Council wishes to appoint suitably qualified and experienced Commercial Gas Safe registered company for Service and Inspection of various equipment across Councils portfolio of properties to include Domestic and Commercial Boilers, Water Heaters, and Catering Equipment. The services required, shall consist of planned inspections for each facility and return an electronic copy of each report prior to due dates, so as to ensure Certificates do not expire on Councils Asset Management System. To ensure Council remain in a state of continuous compliance. The service provider shall complete 6 monthly service and safety inspection in line with manufactures recommendations, to include the replacement of annual service kit parts as required at each site, on gas appliances.
