Tender description

To support the transformation and recovery VPDP will set up a recovery and transformation programme with the aim of reviewing key elements of the programme and making recommendations to support transformation and ensure VPDP is best placed to achieve its long-term strategic ambitions. The recovery and transformation programme will be overseen by a programme group chaired by Head of VPDP and have representation from the VPDP senior leadership team, PHW People and Organisation Development, Heath Protection Operations, Health protection division and workstream leads. Phase 1 - Scoping - Establish recovery and transformation group - Establish task and finish groups - Develop scope for programme - Identify priority tasks for workstreams Phase 2 – Priority tasks - Address priority tasks identified by workstreams - Establish governance structures to receive business as usual Phase 3 – Ongoing Transformation - Complete remainder of tasks within each workstream area - Transfer responsibility for continuous and ongoing improvement to established governance structure
