Tender description

Natural Resources Wales’s intends to purchase two new sets of sound level monitoring equipment to add to its existing fleet to allow warranted officers to perform objective measurements to the required standards (i.e. BS 4142:2014 ‘Method for Rating and Assessing Industrial and Commercial Sound’ and NANR45 ‘Procedure for the assessment of low frequency noise complaints’). This is with the objective of fulfilling our responsibilities for the regulation of industrial installations permitted under the Environmental Permitting (England & Wales) Regulations 2016.
