DCC is seeking to establish a Single Party Framework Agreement for Technical Due Diligence Services for the O ‘Devaney Gardens Project. The Technical Team will review and monitor the project during the construction phase in order to protect DCC’s interests at all times and to provide the necessary due diligence required to afford DCC the assurance that works are completed in accordance with Building Regulation Standards, in compliance with Planning and in line with Specifications and standards agreed in the contract between the Authority and the Developer.
