Tender description
The Council is seeking the services of suitably qualified professional financial services consultancy practice to undertake an assessment and appraisal of the Financial Model and Business Plan/s for a joint Venture to establish the financial viability and financial risk of the scheme to term to the Council. The Council needs to determine whether the Financial Model and Business Plan prepared for the Joint Venture will deliver these savings to term, as well as the level of risk, based on the assumptions in the Financial Model and Business Plan and variations in these assumptions, that the joint venture will not deliver savings to term.
